Katya's animation career spans some of the most recognized names in children's media. She served as Storyboard Director at Atomic Cartoons, directing 200+ minutes of content across US and Vancouver-based teams on major kids' franchises including Princess Power and Red Fish Blue Fish (Netflix) She has developed her own original IP through the studio pipeline — her original preschool series was acquired by Cartoon Network, where she served as Executive Producer and Creator, shepherding it from concept through bible, script, and visual development in collaboration with network executives and educational consultants. Earlier in her career she worked as a Storyboard Artist and Revisionist at Wild Canary Animation on Disney Jr. and Nickelodeon productions such as Mira Royal Detective, The Rocketeer, and Puppy Dog Pals (Disney Jr.).

She is a published children's book author with Stan Lee's Kids Universe, and spent three years at Epipheo Studios creating storyboards, animatics, and designs for brand explainer videos — translating complex business stories into clear, compelling visuals for clients across industries. Her early freelance work in storyboarding, illustration, and design — including managing her own social media and client relationships from the start — laid the foundation for Foski Productions.

Beyond production, Katya is an active leader in the creative community. She served as Family and Membership Committee Chair at the Animation Guild for six years, growing event participation by 2000%. She has partnered with the Bric Foundation and Concept Art Awards to teach figure drawing and deliver guest storyboard lectures at Los Angeles high schools. She currently participates in Leadership Burbank's Cohort of 2026 and is the founder of a volunteer-run dance arts nonprofit.

She holds a Google Project Management Certificate, a BFA from Ringling College of Art and Design, and is continuing her business education through ongoing coursework and mentorship. She is natively fluent in English and Spanish
